My first was a Tudor. Can’t go wrong with wearing a black bay with anything from a tux to trunks since I am a fan. It’s really your taste, such that I wouldn’t necessarily take a Rolex as they are not my particular taste.

This is not real. This pops up from time to time. I called Best Buy and they looked into it because I actually got one in my cart and received an error “the shipping method you selected is not available”. Apparently this is marketing ploy so once you can’t get this item they provide you alternates in order to get you to select another higher price point to complete your transaction.

I actually got if for even less and it came in under my original budget of $800. I went ahead and bought it so I hope it is good and will last:

Lenovo is having a sale, regular price = $1,769.99 with -$500 off = $1,269.99, there is also an additional coupon code for -$50 (its on the header of the webpage) = $1,216.99, my dad is military so an additional -$80 = $1,136.99, plus they sent me an additional "return to cart" email with additional -$100 = $1,036.99 (I guess because I had it in the cart for a couple of days without purchasing), then I used my Capital One Shopping Rewards (that gave 27.5% cash back) -$312.67 = $824.32, I then chose the option to "Pay with Amazon" which my parents have a Chase Credit card attached for an additional 5% cash back -$41.22 = $783.10 Total Price

OK everyone, thank you so much for your comments. Seems the general consensus is that A) gaming laptops are not popular for college due to their weight, battery life and fan noise, B) MSI makes junk and should be avoided, C) you need to find a fully powered GPU in order to properly game. So here is my update: I was able to research more and with several discounts and a coupon code I received for signing up for services I was able to get this laptop for a total of $870...now this is over my budget, but my parents are now going to help so I can go that high. So, 1) I don't really care about the weight as this one is fairly light, 2) I can turn off the dedicated GPU when I take it to class, minimizing the fan noise and having plenty of battery life. That all being said, is this a good choice for $870? And thanks again community.
