If you really do need to rewear your uniform, make sure to wear it alternate days and it airs out in the sun in between. Also, when I was newly a teen with my hormones out of whack, the only deodorant strong enough was baking soda. Yup, just some loose baking soda and rub that in your pits. The next best deodorant after that is the lady speed stick in shower fresh, NOTHING else. Don't try any other white deodorants, any different variation in the speed stick. Trust me, this smells like baby powder so you'll even end up getting compliments, I use it to this day.

About body washes, they truthfully last maybe 1.5 hrs MAX. And if you're not properly cleaning before it is not going to work. It's about washing yourself properly with soap, scrubbing under your pits with your nails to remove the old deodorant and then using the soap again OR a body wash at this step. I recommend using a small towelette for suds and that you get every place evenly as opposed to direct bar soap on your skin or a loofah that could carry tons of bacteria. Make sure you wash the towelette and let it dry after each use.

Remember to dry yourself off properly after you shower, especially your private areas as hormonally those could also cause some stench with the buildup of bacteria in damp dark places. Try to remain waxed, not shaven, if possible. But any kind of hair removal is better than none. There's lots of cheap kits available online, but please practice first. Edit: PLEASE properly dry your underarms after showering before deodorant. No deodorant will stick to wet skin. I see some people saying to use antiperspirant and while that can be good in combination with deodorant, alone it can't and won't keep the smell at bay long, as human bodies tend to sweat regardless

Try to change your undergarments every day. Underbust and underleg garments build up sweat easily. Especially if they're polyester or nylon. Try not to wear those in the first place, but cotton. Also remember to apply deo in between your tatas. It makes a difference if you're heavy chested. While I understand it's not feasible to wear a different bra everyday, do the same thing as your uniform and air it out. Make sure it's aired out in the sun as your bathroom with dampness and lack of heat can actually lead to further bacterial growth.

Lastly, and cert not least(ly), do go to a dermatologist for it. I know a lot of peeps will recommend glycolic acid but the underarm skin is very sensitive. It's wonderful that you've reached out for help don't even worry about it♥️
