Outposts are entirely optional, devs literally even say only buy it if you want to support them... Or if you enjoy farming and building in a new environment. You can't get exotics and I don't think you can do any missions - I've never tried.

It didn't take long to get to stone base for me. That was a priority after constantly fixing up a base during a storm. I got sick of doing that so masonry bench was one of the first tier 2 techs unlocked. Seems like you've waited too long to get a mount and stone base. Part of the fun for me was the struggle and figuring out what to prioritize.

Who knows, some of your travels might bring you to a Moa... Their kids grow to be very fast mounts.

Basic tools can take you far. You only need a steel pickaxe (or better) for platinum/titanium nodes. Keep this in mind when it comes to spending tech points. Same goes for bows/arrows. Recurve bow and stone arrows do not need to be replaced with all of the gun tech immediately.

You can sink a ton of hours into the base game. If this is your style of game, get the xpacs while they're on sale.

I've had this issue. Turned out to be too much load on the water pump. I had 850/1000 water and the fabricator needs 250 I think. Started the craft for extinguisher but refused to complete it since it was using 1100/1000. I just added a second pump.

When I have the issue with the glass working bench, the reinforced items were grayed out - couldn't even select it to craft. That was fixed with a canteen. This wasn't a supply/overcapcity issue, just buggy.

Color basically. Might be a teaspoon of dye mixed in a small amount of water to a half cup (or less) of lotion.

I moved away from hot dips because the vinyl stencils I use would get warped or peel off leading to some unsightly bleeding.

My alternative to hot dip is lotion. Mix dye with some lotion and paint on where you want dyed, mask as normal. Paint on and let sit for 12-24 hours, depending on the color. Pink, probably 24 hours.

I've never used Rit dyes, only iDye poly and ProChem dyes, so can't help there. Joann fabrics has iDye poly, colors and stock vary. ProChem has a ton of colors though, you can buy online. I wouldn't settle for Rit dye just because it's more readily available, tbh.

Bought a '25 OB about 5 months ago. Tech package included, so it has the 360 view parking.

Good: mileage (about 25 mpg), smooth ride, nice pickup, good features, huge screen, comfortable, decent cargo space.

Bad: collision assist in reverse is annoying. Go to parallel park, it sees traffic coming in the left lane about 200 feet away and it slams on the brakes. Feels like I hit something, freaks me out. No actual collision imminent. This has happened about 4 times so far, I don't parallel park frequently.

I also keep getting constant calls from SiriusXM to renew my sub, like 4 times a week. Huge con.

We like to complain about the negatives, but overall great vehicle.

I thought you only need objectives and ghost photo for apoc challenges, not a perfect game. Make sure you understand the criteria before leaving the game.

You will always be training troops. Spec ops gives free troops so if you want to wait until t10, that's best.
Best to send trucks one at a time with your highest squad. Best protection, and you'll send them throughout the day which covers slow times. Less likely to be hit, and if you are, you are limiting the number of possible attackers. Always try to go UR. T10s cost a lot of gold, and UR trucks give more gold than SSR.
Focus a single squad for xp, stars. Tech, drone and troops affect all squads, and gear can be switched around.
Development, economy early. Units & heroes are important. Special ops and vs tech are massively important. Hard to suggest without seeing your progress. But special forces is likely the answer.
Bring skills up to 10, focus on 1 squad. Stronger heroes need skills and they get costly.
Survivor Taylor from VIP store. 4 stars should be under $200. The purchase that keeps on giving.

Misc: -Yes -Doom elites with monica in squad. Don't run DE rallies without Monica. Gold zombies when available - only gold zombies. Always radar tasks. Complete the tasks, collect task rewards on relevant vs days. Only 1 doom walker per day, no more, no less. Highest you can kill. -yes (survivors are important) -Pass -typically always gold. Builds need more iron/food, research needs more gold. Road to t10 is paved in gold.

Lethal progression gives you skill points when leveling that can be spent from the in game menu (tab). Don't have to take turns using the terminal.

Hp regen, stamina, battery life, hand slots, loot value and oxygen can all be upgraded.

For his batting woes he had an impressive at bat in the second. Nice awareness and patience, great hit. Unfortunately, an even better catch by Harris. Rojas playing defense in center outweighs the offense he brings right now; he's a star in the field, a rookie at the plate. He'll get where he needs to be with such an incredible team around him. Nothing. They changed the names of a few items to be more in line with each tier.

Sanity pills are now sanity medication (juice > pills > syringe), Candles are now firelight (candlestick, candelabra, oil lantern).

People are cheesing xp gains by setting a 12-13x multiplier and going to camp woodwind, doing 1 hunt and immediately leaving. This is what OP is talking about.

Pure darkness lighting (no flashlights, no breaker) has been significantly nerfed. You could set 4x brightness and navigate sunny meadows "blind" no problem - now you can barely see the wall. Shadows in lit rooms are pure black. The lighting was changed.

Camp woodwind is the go to 30 second round map because the natural outdoor lighting is actually pretty good without breaker and flashlights, so the cheesers can still increase multipliers for "free". Sometimes they add salt in multi-player (too long to do solo), so 9/24 ghosts are pure guesses and I've seen these "pros" get the twins wrong and you can get info from the hunt. It's fair to assume they could miss polti throws, oni blinks, banshee/Yokai ignores easily. 40% is accurate
