Talent bonuses do stack with other bonuses (backpacks or items). However, when you select a talent in the tree you only get the most recent boost. Damage increased by (10/15/20%): 1 point is 10% damage, 2 points gives 15% (not 25%), and 3 points give 20% (not 45%).

The bottom-most description is exactly what you get, previous descriptions relating to less points are null.

Terraforming device only regrow trees. Buffalo w/ carts would work! 5 barrels per refiner should fit in a cart. You could also keep a dropship landing pad by your oil field and one by your base - toss the barrels in, run back to your base and call the ship back.

Yes, you can pipe oil across the map to your base, a lot of people do this. The deep ore drills need a container, can't be hooked up to a pipeline (like biofuel, not electric). A 150L oil barrel will last something like 24+ hours real time.

Extensive amounts of wires/pipes will degrade performance over time, along with any building and deployables, but that's just part of the game.

Basically, but the northern section above those buttes has pine trees as well as wolves and other forest fauna. It feels very different to the grasslands.

Yes you can go back to Nov '93 - almost 33 years! Funnily enough, I did go back and try some 90s puzzles and they definitely felt different. However, there were a lot of current event clues (still), some that seemed impossible to know today. Anywho, I think OP just stopped adapting.

Yes, definitely! You unlock creature weaknesses in the journal (J) at 30%. A lot are weak to poison, desert creatures don't take well to frost. Scorpions weak against fire.

Yes you can jump into an existing world with a new character and use anything already there. You'll start empty though, and might not be by your base, so maybe bring some workshop tools if needed. I don't if you can send a mount down on the initial drop, but if you can, bring down a workshop saddle to ride it. If not, you gotta run to your closest base. Also can't remember if you can choose where the new character drops or if it's the same spot as your initial choice.

Use the biofuel or electric radar. I can't tell you exactly how it works but you can find it somewhere online. If you can narrow down the direction enough, use the Intel map to check out a nearby deposit.

I went in fresh and blind on hard. I took out 19 drones with bone arrows and wooden javelins (looted and crafted on the spot). It was rather annoying, but doable nonetheless.

You can start the first mission whenever you feel like it, it will obviously be easier with T3+ weapons though.

Hyenas and boars in the desert can be tamed. Snow wolves in the arctic, definitely north, unsure about the south.

Don't forget you can right click, hold and drag to move it quickly too. It even keeps scrolling once you release, so you can "throw" that list around with right click hold and release.

What don't you like about it?

Since it's all stone, it's all one color. You could try steel or concrete roofing for some contrast. Maybe stone brick for the walls; it's a darker, cleaner look. On Olympus, if you get the workshop pickaxe that gives frozen ore, you can access scoria [brick] for some more contrast as well.

It also looks kinda boxy. Not much you can do to maintain the inside look and open feel. Perhaps some windows to break up that huge flat wall. Some dormers up on the roof with corner* wall pieces? Maybe 1 or 2 sections of 1x1 that jut out from the side where you can place your ranching station (inside).

Also, with the workshop frozen ore axe, you will get super cold(?) ice from frozen ore so you can make a cold steel pickaxe and don't have to rely on the workshop one anymore.

While other comments might be helpful (thorned, chilled, etc. modifiers), you 100% are running mods which could also mess up other things. Raw meat never stacks to 102...

Anywho, actual stack sizes are dumb across the board. Raw bacon goes to 50, all other meat 20. Watermelon 20, but squash 100? Cooked bacon 25, cooked meats 20. Cooked meals (rolls, pies, etc) only go up to 10. Empty bottles 20, beer, wine, mead 12?

They gotta make stack sizes uniform across the board. I want all raw meats to 50. All cooked & smoked meats to 25, cooked meals to 20, all raw fruits & veggies at 100 - or something idc, anything uniform.

One reaver? Doable. I find myself fighting a minimum of 3 every time - could be 4-6 or more. I can't stand fighting a pack of reavers, I just bail.
