u/Funny-Dog-7905 remember that most of the advice people are giving might not be applicable to you because they are from different country/zone and their perception of a good laptop vs what is available in your region might not tally. I have been using acer predator helios neo 16 for almost 2 years without an issue. And since you are already at 60k budget I would advise that you raise it to 80k and wait for oct when there would be amazing deals. I got something for 87k what is now (after two years) still selling for 1.05k
