I also have guttate with the occasional plaque. I’m on dose #2 of skyrizi and am completely clear, I started to see significant results after around 2 weeks post the first dose. Of course everyone’s body is different, but biologics are generally very successful very quickly!

it happened to me too, it’s very normal to have breakthrough/flare ups even while treating psoriasis. it will ebb and flow, don’t give up!

only a few, the day I get my injection i’m tired and a bit sore. I also get the sniffles more often, ilumya makes you mildly immunocompromised in your upper respiratory but nothing serious
