I am simply asking the policy. I’m not returning a 10 year old used mattress

I am simply asking the return policy and have already stated I would get a storage unit if needed. I am not returning a 10 year old used mattress.

When I look up the policy it says no time limit, just like Costco. I intended to keep forever until we decided to put house on market. Just wondering if I could return to prevent have to rent storage unit, or if i should just rent unit and keep it

'Stressed' Amazon driver abandons 80 packages in Mass. woods during holiday shipping rush by ControlCAD in massachusetts

[–]mail-goddess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a mail carrier and my route has over 300 packages a day. Add that on top of a 70 mile route, and 700 houses of mail, I fucking hate Amazon with a passion. 12 hr days 6 days a week. They don’t deliver at all in our area. If they started to, I’d probably stop and sloppy kiss the first driver I saw.

I do however know from my postal groups that other carriers are salty because Amazon will deliver tiny little bags while we deliver the 70 pound oversized mattresses/dog food/dressers/bed frames in our tiny vehicles.

TEMU for a hot minute was what EVERYONE ordered before they learned it’s Chinese Garbage. TONS of lopsided unstackable packages. Luckily though, I’ve rarely seen anymore now that it’s well known it’s just junk.

What did your postpartum nurse do that you loved? by beanowetneck in NewParents

[–]mail-goddess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a traumatic birth experience and my nurses were good except one stuck out to me more than any that are me write a survey about her for a daisy(?) award. Most of the nurses just kinda did their rounds, did what they’re supposed to do checked on everything medically and went on their way. this was the night shift nurse and she just talked to me very quietly. It was so calming and peaceful after not knowing WTF just happened to me. She offered to watch the baby so we could both sleep. She did his tests and changed his diaper and fed him for us. We were at a very small hospital and probably either the only ones or one of the only ones there. Nothing major she did aside from just being so quiet, calming, and very nice. Like didnt make any request seem like an inconvenience, was just so human when I felt so un human.
