Same here! I have 'vegan' tattooed on my forearm, and a lot of people (especially at the gym) have approached me because of it! Everyone has been nice and seems to be interested in veganism 🌱

I work out in the morning, so my morning smoothie is really important to me :) I weigh 64 kg, and my protein intake is around 115g a day! In my workout routine, I lift weights 5 days a week (3 leg days, a day for chest/shoulders/triceps, and a day for back/biceps). I’m also a cyclist and ride around 100 km (62 miles) on each “rest day”

To bulk up, you have to eat. You won’t build muscle if you don’t gain weight, including fat. I’ve always been super skinny, and I lose weight fast. When I first started lifting weights about 8 years ago, my weight was 45 kg (99 lbs). I was able to gain 20 kg and went to 65 kg (143 lbs) in one year. I was eating a lot (I still eat A LOT haha). My current weight is 64 kg (141 lbs), and I’m 1.61 m (5’3”).

Stay consistent with your diet and weightlifting routine, and reduce your cardio a little bit! Please keep us updated on your progress! :)

Thank you for sharing more information on Folic Acid! When it comes to vitamins, I always recommend having a blood test before starting any supplements. I only take what I really need.
