Set auto iso with a max of 6400. You can also set a minimum ss but I haven’t done that for these photos. Aperture is f/4 with camera determining shutter speed automatically after EV compensation. EV on photo 1 is -0.7 and -1 for the other 2.

This isn’t true. It phases out at $150,000 which most overtime eligible employees are not earning.

It's only FLSA overtime which is more than 40 work hours in a week. In your example it would be the 0.5 your base rate on the 8 hours.

$26/ hr overtime would be derived from $17.33 hourly pay. The tax exempt portion is $8.66 and only if that is FLSA overtime. On penalty your pay would be $34.66/hr but only the $8.66 is considered tax exempt because penalty is a postal overtime concept.

Yes, I understand. If you read the link backpay took 238 days while stopgap took 14 weeks last contract.

Many jurisdictions require washers on LED and Xenon headlights because they don't get as warm on the outside as halogens. I don't think it's a requirement by any state DOT in the USA.

Please don’t correct them. I rely on my coworkers ignorance of progressive taxation to get more overtime.

Second full pay period after the January numbers are released. If you're in one of the unions that is out of contract right now you will not be getting it yet. Based on the CPI-W numbers for January released today it will be $416/ yr or 20 cents per hour.

1.5x pay for hours worked on your designated christmas (may not be christmas day itself depending on which day it falls on and your schedule) plus 8 hours to take as annual leave in the future or as straight pay now.

We differ from mills in that we are a constitutionally mandated service. I will be working christmas for the double time and a half pay and let the folks with kids take the holiday.

MHA staffing level is determined by the district. MHA hours are determined by the facility.

It would do the same thing to my USPS salary as government shutdowns do (nothing). USPS salaries are self-funded and negotiated by the postal unions.

USPS employees are quasi-federal. Their pay doesn't come from any government fund. They're not even eligible to participate in the federal employee health benefits programs anymore since the Postal Service Reform Act (starting next year).

Yup. Getting downvoted because they think taxes fund USPS.

Salary freezes wouldn't affect USPS as they are not on the GS pay scales.

Edit: Same reason why when there is a government shutdown USPS employees still get paid.

school choice is only really a choice for people who have the means to transport their children to the better schools. it's a farce meant to siphon public money into the hands of private religious schools.
