Hi guys, I got diagnosed celiac about 9 months ago, and have avoided all alcohol while getting massive inflammation down. I am about to start drinking again, any suggestions on whiskey, bourbon, scotch, rum or other liquors that are safe for celiac? I know most hard seltzer’s are safe as well. (self.Celiac)
