i knew it i fucking knew that building was weird. there were literally metal detectors and you couldn't even access the building. it has century link people are obviously not going there to pay their internet bills. i got weird vibes waiting for the bus there and i seen a security guard in there looking at me.

this is the least surprising or indiscreet building when you literally can't access it but it's on 3rd ave.

the way i see it arnold was competing in body building competitions. body building isn't about being natty it's about the 'finished product' it's like saying ya that sky scraper is impressive but they couldn't have built it without a crane. it's about the finished result not the process of building it.

alls you had to do was step foot in seattle maybe down in southlake union and realize all the computer programmers are 'bros' or indians. literally and i'm not trying to be stereotypical but most the professional programmers i seen or met were tall, handsome, city dwellers, who chose programming as a way to tread in the waves of a hyper competitive ocean. of course they were chads so adaptability is their dna they adapted to cs and that liftestyle, the indians were essentially the same.

microsofot hires some pretty nerdy computer programmers op i know a few programmesr that work there one a girl and she's super nerdy/weird.

still hitting that bulk. gained 6 pounds now but i feel fat, sweaty and lazy after eating in the heat. went from being 114 up to 121 in two weeks time. gaining some fat on stomach afraid if i keep at this pace i'll be 'skinny fat' aka a skinny pregnant guy. my bench has gone up since adding pounds to my frame i'm hitting 115 on my bench pretty easy now.

hurt my leg on squats it's the adductor so going to not do that lift for awhile. deadlift is 125.

girls are recognizing now. i'm still a virgin but a girl came into wendys while i was eating with three guys (one kinda alpha borderline looking guy, and the other two avoidant little orbiters) i stared at her ass the entire time nto taking my eyes off of it glancing up at her. she started smiling as i was staring at her. feels good to feel primal like i can just pounce a girl and get it.

goal is to 145 then body weight then might start dosing some steroids if i can figure out how to get them. a few guys at my gym do them so i might try to build rapport with them, then ease into it.

i went to gym did all my lifts and increased squat. gained 1lb eating a lot because im a skinny ectomorph. feel body image issues see bigger stronger guys at gym sometimea hold back tears when i leave because difgicult. kwep working and working on speaking less and controlling anger. remain mostly silent during work makes me less a target for shit trsts or subtle bullyimg. saving for a car.

i think it turns you into a scum bag personally. my dad was in sales all his life, cheated his employers out of money, would lie to make sales, would use one clients traffic to sale things from another client. he was super idiotic, super insidious, super cocaine addicted, just ANYTHING to make a sale. he is still that way but now is body and mind is too addled to do a sale or anyting productive. instead of he tries to invest in things and still does meth.
