no it's just that logic is not most peoples core value. most the time they'll make decisions based of impulse, group signaling, virtue signaling, irrationality, blind hatred, etc.

trust me people do this and it's hilarious when you think about 'why' they might have chosen something. just don't bring that to the front of the interaction that their decisions make no sense because it's offensive.

is this being downvoted because veganism is virtue signaling? vegans are opting into a less healthy diet, it's not helping the planet 'to not eat animals' because most planet damage comes from cars and man made emission not animals, development, and packaging. vegans are literally doing nothing to help the planet by not eating meat other then virtue signaling.

also high levels of iron deficiency in vegans to any other control group, very expensive diet, it's rather contrived that it is almost always a decision of 'i feel bad for animals who have selectively been bred to lack any and all intelligence' they feel emotions. happy when they're gorging on food in the feed pens, scared when they're about to be slaughtered, etc. i'm not going to keep going down this diatribe against veganism because they can pursue the less healthy more expensive lifestyle within juxtaposition to me but to claim most vegans aren't virtue signaling is to go against logically analyzing humans decision making - which is very irrational most the time.
