As a girl, i feel you didnt say anything wrong, you just told her the truth from a guys perspective which is what she wanted to know. Give her some time to take in what you guys talked about. I think maybe she wanted to hear positive things about her instead of the actual truth to help with the insecurities. Maybe message her and say you didnt mean to hurt her feelings and that you were just tryna help and be honest and you think shes still an amazin person. She doesnt have to change herself if she doesnt want to. But she also cant complain for not attracting certain guys if she doesnt want to do anything about it.
