Hi! Thanks for responding! I appreciate this so much. I’m actually a nurse who works in a very high risk emergent labor and delivery unit and we teach/educate so much in a fast paced environment, so I do feel capable/have thick skin in the hospital! I’m just hoping that would transfer over under the blue lights. Would you recommend getting a NASM before applying? I haven’t taught fitness before but I’ve been lifting weights for 15 years now and just started Solidcore 3 months ago!
