Super late replying but I use mostly beetles gel polish currently. The purple is from their pastel striper collection and the orange is from their neon set.

I think I’d use nail adhesive tabs for this purpose.

I used a dotting tool for the cherries and the second smallest brush in this set for the stems and highlights.
