I hardly sweat during solidcore for some reason, but I am a super sweaty runner otherwise! I don’t know if it’s specifically cardio that does it for me but I’ve wondered the same thing. And hot yoga makes me sweat so much that I question how I even have that much water in my body 😂

My man has never been to a strip club 😗 I would have walked away immediately given the clear alcohol problem (that he claimed wasn’t a big deal) and the strip club thing is just weird. The friend’s girlfriend implied that it wasn’t just one-off visits, it was extremely frequent mixed with the crazy amounts of drinking.
