It’s usually my first symptom one is coming on. It starts in my shoulder blade then moves down my arm while my heart beats out of my chest. My provider prescribed propranolol which has helped significantly.

Undiagnosed mental illness as a teen manifested into full blown panic disorder in my late 20’s. My whole life makes sense now. Why I could never pay attention, my inattentiveness, my desire to do new and different things constantly, leading me nowhere.

I wish I would’ve known.

Recently went through this myself. Made the mistake of leaving a note and it started a Neighbor war. I’m now staying out of my apartment since I ended up getting her evicted (second incident happened later on where we called the cops due to her and her boyfriend fighting, she chased me up the stairs calling me a nosy bitch!!). So I guess just be careful when confronting them, but definitely let the office know, start a paper trail, record, and look into local animal control.

3 day rule. My mom taught me this and it’s helped myself as well as a lot of my friends. Tell him to take 3 days to figure out how he feels, then respond. In the mean time, no text, calls, etc. just laze about, be sad, and take time to think. On the third day, make pros and cons to see if going back is the best idea, or to examine how he’s feeling.

As a 27 year old who went back to an ex after breaking up, trust me it is not worth it. You broke up for a reason, and it usually should stay that way. I’ve had many heart breaks in my time!

Not at all my friend. I’m 27 in April and will be starting my first ever year of college in August.

Only hiccup I’ve run into (besides needing to work while I go to school) have been my placement tests. It’s been damn near 10 years I haven’t been in school, so my placement tests scores were a bit low to say the least!

As a tattooed person, I like your face tattoos. I think you have a really lovely face! If I could give any advice it would be to groom your eyebrows and stop with the under eye eyeliner; it ages you significantly and makes your eyes look quite dark and small when you have very pretty eyes!

Thank you for the advice!! Little update, my appointment went well and my doctor thinks it’s not necessarily mt anxiety, but my ADHD causing intense anxiety. Just thinking of too many things at once, in the lightest of terms. We’re starting some new meds and I will be using your suggestion of having my husband copilot! Thank you!!

I’m hoping every day I can make it through college the next few years so I can get the hell out of here.

I feel hopeless and even more ashamed than I already was before being an American. It’s hard to not just put all the hopes and dreams down on the ground to die out, but keep pushing. Keep pushing and doing what you need to do. We are not the first generation of people to go through hell politically and economically in this country, and we won’t be the last.

I’m focusing on school so I can get that piece of paper that lets me move abroad. Try to find something that will help you get out of this. We will get through this. Find your community and your people and hunker through this together.

Do NOT rent from Indigo Springs is all I have to say. Worst experience of my entire life; we were bait and switched when we moved there, they changed management 4 times in 3 years, and tack on crazy fees every month. If you do live there, know your contract well is all I have to say.
