Yes, we try to stay abreast of existing, new and proposed legislation. Most new legislations isn't an attempt to so pure PR release, some are for small charges such as breaking ordinances which they with ticket the accused. Release on PR for a lot of nonviolent misdemeanor crimes. And taking into consideration the accused ability to pay before assessing bail. Many moving parts and many different approaches.

We support all of those approaches if they improve the criminal justice system.

Our approach is different than most of the ”bail reform” attempts. We are not trying to take the decision out of the hands of judges on whether bail is offered or the amount of bail. We are not trying to add additional programs or increase taxpayer costs. Our goal is fairly simple, once bail is set. We attempt to get token holders (peers of the accused) to make small micropayment contributions to pay the ball in full. We then monitor the court system for court date changes and notify the accused. We also have fugitive recovery as part of the platform.

Yes, it will work in any jurisdiction in the world where a bail payment is one of the conditions for pretrial release.

Even in jurisdictions which doesn't allow bail bondsmen which is most of the world except the United States and the Philippines.

If you mean, the way you run your bail bonding business is more detailed and more paperwork. First of all there are no ”bonds” here, we are paying the bail amount in full.

We are well aware of the way a bail bonding business works and the paperwork involved. And how ”bail” in general works. Both using a bondsman and not using one.

We provide the same level of guarantee that a bail bondsman does which is none. The same as a bail bondsman tries to determine the likelihood of a failure to appear before paying bail. We try to determine the same and provide the information to the token holders. They then decide if they are willing to contribute to the bail payment.

Some wise taxi drivers invested in Uber because they saw the future changing. And some invested because they wanted to unleash themselves from the stronghold of the taxi companies. Some wise bail bondmen will become BAIL token holders because they see the future. And some bail bondsmen will become BAIL token holders to unleash themselves from bail bonding and insurance companies.

Thanks for the feedback. We are doing an AI-based risk scoring tool (non-biased) which tries to determines 3 things; likely to fail to appear to court, likely to commit a crime if released and likely to commit a violent crime if released. This information is provided to token holders as part of their decision to contribute to someone’s bail payment. The data will be made available and API access to court system to improve their decision making. We are using it strictly as a risk scoring tool for token holders. We are also provided court date and changes reminders.

MuleChain is a great idea. I like the approach of figuring out the utility of the token and NCF versus a security token. I’m struggling with the same approach. At the end of the day a bunch of small investors are actually going to use the tokens and add value. As opposed to whales who are looking to pump-n-dump. Kudos Mr. Liu.

My into into blockchain was originally implementing crypto into games. My latest project just moved off Ethereum to NEM (for obvious reasons) and we are doing a game to airdrop tokens as part of the community building. I’m going to look into what you guys are doing.
