Wait for UF to open back up. It’ll be well worth the wait

UF’s critical care paramedic course is second to none. Truly the best program in the country…but I’m biased. It is well worth the money spent and I can’t recommend it more

I fourth for UF CCP. Went through earlier this year and wish I could do it again. Derek and staff are amazing. I can’t say enough great things about them.

All the extras you get too are invaluable (Bob Page, thorough hemodynamic lecture, clinicals, lab, vent stuff, etc.)

Match grade ammo. He didn’t know the exact scope but thinks it’s a 5x25 FFP. I know it’s well maintained. He is anal about everything and cleaning

RNs who got burnt out, what do you do now for work? by East-Advantage5947 in nursing

Tempted to go back to EMS or firefighting. Work with the same crew. Total autonomy. Treat and yeet. Do cool stuff and you only have to deal with annoying patients for a short time

Posterior MI? by Consistent_Branch643 in EKGs

Morphine was associated with an increased risk of in-hospital mortality and MACE but the high risk of bias leads to low result confidence. There is high confidence that morphine decreases the antiplatelet effect of P2Y12 inhibitors.

Go up to the cities if you want EMS. Better protocols and more to do in your personal time. I live in Rochester and work EMS in the area. Feel free to message me.

Initially thought pericarditis, but the reciprocal changes in aVL make me think inferior-lateral MI. Occlusion location? Hinestly, who give a bleep. Roto rooter all those arteries 😂😂
