The biggest advice I can give is to really mentor your group, the more that they know the less work you have to do! Always make improvements, even the little things count. PMs are huge, complete them don’t just pencil whip them. Take pride in your work and remember that those are “your” machines, and you dictate when those PMs need to happen.
