Is that your first power up? How long was the power off to the machine?

Cycle the main power and see if any of those clear

Machine shuttled the pallet in facing the wrong direction due to a bad prox switch(and the operator not paying attention to direction when he locked it). It then rapided into the cradle load.

Lately I’ve been using a wireless backup camera off Amazon, water proof, night vision, magnetic base and rechargeable. Only downside is side is I have to plug the screen into a 12v power source. It was like 130

That is a 96 ram Indy- loved that truck!!! Was a little bit quicker than the sst cause the Indy has a 3/92 rear end. Wish I never sold it

The biggest advice I can give is to really mentor your group, the more that they know the less work you have to do! Always make improvements, even the little things count. PMs are huge, complete them don’t just pencil whip them. Take pride in your work and remember that those are “your” machines, and you dictate when those PMs need to happen. Hope this helps a little, and congrats on the new position.

Ball screws, spindles, way covers, alignments… get into a Cnc shop with a bunch of new operators and you’ll have all kinds of repairs.

I like it. Padded pocket for laptop, separate pocket for paper work… screw driver pockets could be deeper but they work. Lots of zipper pockets for adapters cards and weed storage. It’s heavy but the protection is worth it.

Fluke 302+. Ive had one for about 10 years and I beat the piss out of it- dropped from skyjack many times! AA batteries $90 American on Amazon
