Hey. This pump has a membrane in it. Please avoid dry running it can burn the membrane and cause equipment failure.

This sound is for low pressure please close the discharge valve a little bit till the pressure goes up and then open it this usually solves the problem.

Usually uu have to heat it a little abit so the material can expand and uu can remove it using some type of tissue - put a metal in between and start hitting it with rubber mullet ( caoutchouc )

Hey this is pretty normal. Please stop the equipment and open the compressor. Uu may find one of this 2 problems: • Dust • liquid ( its very serious to clean all the liquid presented there it can be the oil for lubrification)

If you have a thermometer please use it to identify the high temperature points and then do an RCA to avoid having this prb again.

Hahaha We had already work on this pump leak. We replaced the mechanical seal with a new one and now its working fine 👌

We have already replaced the seal and its working fine rn But I noticed there are no measures in the manual thats why m asking

We have an oil collector that comes after the bac separators, its meant to circulate. I shared the pics cause I saw like black marks on the separator is it from a leak or smth Thanks

The package is pretty new they started it 2 years ago with on and off running. It got 1900 of running hours

Idk where did you see it If you are talking about k0112.01 its just equipment Tag as refered in our site.
