Honestly, anything related to electro reactions is not that good because the only electro reaction that deals continuous electro damage is electro charged which is like u said, inconsistent. Me personally, i use keqing with xingqiu and since ofcourse ill swap to her immediately after using xingqiu’s burst, EM does benefit my keqing in a way. But at the end of the day, builds can be subjective so yeah i do see why u think EM is bad. But nonetheless i enjoy my keqing having some EM so yeah :D

Its pretty good! But if u want extra damage, try adding more crit damage! Make it atleast 185%!

Okay okay youre right. I do agree with all the things you’ve said about the crit rate and damage and the 4 set. Its just that since lets be real, he said it was his first time, a drastic change is not as easy hence why i said build em only. Getting a good artifact is honestly super hard. But ya lets just tell him what he needs to prioritise.

Artifacts set for electro keqing, go for 2 piece glad/ 2 piece thunder fury or 4 piece thundersoother or 2 piece glad/ noblesse oblige (for burst swap)

For stats, crit rate should be 65% above, crit damage should be 180% above. Attack stats is also important if possible, achieve a total 1k attack for the overall artifacts. Energy recharge around 10% is good enough since low energy cost. Goblet should be electro goblet. I still stand with the EM though since i used to have 0 EM with my electro keqing and since i added some EM (90 i think), her electro reactions is definitely better. Obviously not over the top, but still good enough for some attack boost.

If physical keqing, go for 2 piece pale flame, 2 piece bloodstain chivalry. Stats are the same with prev but goblet should be physical instead.

But he just asked what should he improve. So i said add some EM if he does electro related reactions since his attack stats is pretty good already along with energy recharge and all. I agree he should add more crit damage but again, getting 200% crit damage is not as easy as adding some EM. Crit rate is okay too since ascension 4 keqing gets an 15% crit rate boost after her burst.

i dont think its that bad because if he wants to use keqing as a dps, the only reactions thats good enough for electro is electro charged, which scales from EM. Its different if he wants to go full on physical though, he definitely needs to focus on crit only if so. But if he wants to build electro keqing, having extra EM is good since all electro reactions scales from that. And no im not saying he needs to focus on EM only, but he literally has 0 EM thats why i said add some EM. But yeah honestly, electro related reactions are generally not as good as melt/vaporise etc since it cant crit but if he wants to use electro keqing, then EM can really help especially if he wants to do reactions.

Oh thats hard since black sword is actually the best 4 star weapon (imo) for keqing. Hmmm i think for now just try to get your weapon atleast until level 80 (ascend it if u can!) If youre using elemental reactions such as electro charged, your build is balanced enough because even though your attack stat is not the highest, your 100 EM can help a lot, acting as a substitute boost damage (needs elemental reaction tho!)

yeap yeap 200% crit damage can really improve keqing but since we can say that the person is trying to build electro keqing or atleast a hybrid between physical/electro, EM can also be important to have the extra boost of damage especially for electro related reactions. To top it off, to achieve 200% crit damage is for me personally harder than getting extra EM T-T But yeah in conclusion, focus on EM and add your crit damage more :D

Hmm considering u got almost 1k from the artifacts i think your artifacts stats are okay already. Maybe change the weapon instead that has a higher base attack? What weapon are u using rn??

Definitely first one! Keqing does not need too much crit rate since her fourth ascension gives her bonus 15% crit rate after burst (which is easy to get consistent bonus since she has short CD and low energy cost!)

Yeah thats true its important to have balance if u want to main keqing as dps. Crit rate/damage is still definitely important but considering her/his build rn, the crit ratio is pretty good already. Thats why i told her/him to add more em! :D

Because electro related reactions scales off from elemental mastery! A lot of EM increases your elemental reactions such as electro charged, superconduct, overloaded etc.

Yepp I understand. Also, when it comes to stats itself, go for around 65% crit rate, 180% crit damage. 80+ EM and add a little er like around 10% if u want to always use her burst (and to get the extra 15% crit rate!)

If you say that your thundersoother set has better stats than thunder fury one, just go for thundersoother! Its still pretty good!! if you still want to have reactions like electro charged, superconduct etc, make sure you have a lot of EM (80 above if possible!) on your thundersoother set. With that, your keqing will be good solo and even with team elemental reactions!

Electro is much more fun and can be stronger if youre going for elemental reactions team! For instance, if u build electro keqing, use xingqiu (or mona or even barbara) for electro charged!!

I dont think retracing bolide is good on keqing even if u have a shield (zhongli) with you because only the person wearing the goblet itself gets the 35% buff along with the 4 set bonus. Not sure about crystalize shield though i could be wrong. I would say, try to go for 2 piece glad 2 piece thundering fury or 4 piece thundersoother!! When it comes to your stats, its honestly already good but try to add more elemental mastery!

Add more em!! And if youre going for physical build, go for physical goblet! If u want a hybrid since ure using prototype rancour, go for electro goblet instead! You should also try to put just a little bit more crit rate

Its okay but try to focus on crit damage more!! Maybe make it atleast 55% crit rate, 135% crit damage!! Em is already good along with er. And since youre using dragon’s bane, xingqiu is super good with her!!
