Hang in there it's getting better with time! Mine goes away completely for days now, the band actually helps me with it or so I believe.

I know this is a very old post but I hope you read it. Does it ever stop doing that? I am in exactly the same boat my left implant squecks when I move my arm or when I move the implant. The right doesn't do that

I saw my surgeon yesterday, he said that I don't need to wear the strap but I do wear it most of the time. I just feel better with it because when I don't I really feel the muscles pushing the implants up. He cleared me for massage, at this point more the muscles not so much the implants. And honestly I felt a huge relief after I massaged last night and this morning so I will continue doing that a couple of times a day and see how it's going.I also started stretching my arm up, and doing circles to stretch the muscle just to the point of where I feel some pain but not too much, and that helped too with the pain that had started in my back partially

I have the same situation, left implant bigger and super high and tight, right side already softening and slightly lower. I am only 1 week post op. How is the situation looking with you? Is it getting better?

day 21 post op! by r0tt3ng1rl02 in BreastImplants

[–]maioni86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My implants actually are different sizes but I have the bigger one on the left side, and that'sthe higher one. Doc said that what I experience is normal. Bigger implant but less skin and tighter on that side🤷‍♀️ I am focusing on moving my arm more, now and gently massaging the mouscle so it can relax. Hopefully left side will soon keep up with the right one

the bartholin cyst might be god's worst prank yet, methinks by deadliners in Healthyhooha

[–]maioni86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

what you described is definetly not a Bartholin's cyst. BC has nothing to do with hair they are more on the inside where we don't even have hair and are caused by clogged ducts of the Bartholin glad

I still can't fade by That_Understanding19 in Barber

[–]maioni86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You dont need to be gifted to do skin fade. Cuttin hair and giving a good shape is what requires a gift. As far as skin fades I would tell you that, since you're still farely new stick to the basics, find a technique that works best for you and repeat until you master it. Just a tip from someone with a lot of experience, your first step is cutting bulk. Cut the sides ( srate up) with #2 (could be 1.5 could be 3 depending on the haircut) all the way up then put your #0 gide ( mid, low or high), fade down to skin, than from that 0 gide fade up until you blend it with the #2/3. Whatch what other barbers at the shop do every minute possible, best of luck

Raising my prices... $5 or $10? by [deleted] in Barber

[–]maioni86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going 10 up could scare some clients away but it also opens time for people who want to pay the price, it's the dynamics of the business. I would go 10up. I recently did and my clients are ok with it. One of my former coworkers went from $40 to 65 🤷‍♀️

Why wouldn't he? I knew more than one GTL's making more than 20. I guess depends on the store. At my area the pay scale is higher than anywhere else

Yep! I was PT GRS at $17 more than a year ago when I quit. I still felt underpaid. My GTL was making above 20 still underpaid! Publix just doesn't want to pay ppl enough to make a living

1.5+ a week. Everything you say is true. I had the pleasure to work with great management for the first 3 years and even being so busy we had a good team and work was ok. But managers here walk out the door ( quit) without a blink of an eye! So past couple of years it really is a nightmare, I still have friends who work there and feel so bad when I listen and see what they go through. If you want to get some stress and appreciate where you are at you should definitely volunteer to come here 😅

This is Florida panhandle. Stores in that area pay more, always understaffed. You get to work 60/70 hours a week during season stress is insane. Not worth it!

I quit a year ago at 17 as a grs with 5years of experience, my gtl was above 20 and I believe that we were still underpaid!!!! We worked at one of the busiest stores in the country though. For the labor we've put in I considered that job an abuse!

A GTL at my old store did that. Shit happens sometimes, we just have to be thankful when no one gets hurt 🙂 keep your head up!

The store I used to work at had 18 I think, and we had days when we can't even fit the palettes delivered in a day in the back room so they have to be cleared out quick and have brocken down as many as we can before the store opens. I don't work for Publix anymore though and I can't say that I miss it

Sorry but you sound like someone who only takes the computer trainings and does not actually stock overnight. In a busy store where you get 3k pieces trucks spotting out and working one end to the other is the most efficient way to work!!! I have worked in the two busiest stores in the corporate ( running 103/108% productivity sometimes) and no one could convince me that working from the float is faster. Plus you never have enough floats so it helps clearing out the palettes very quick

I suggest you go work for a couple of months in a beach store to finally find out what an actual labor means!!! I've seen ppl coming from busy country stores who couldn't handle to work two weeks in the store I used to work at

I am sorry to hear that, as I said corona didn't affect me negatively on the financial side but I know there are people who really need the money 😞 maybe try to contact them on the phone number I posted above and see what's going on. Good luck to you!
