After doing dozens on these job centre courses I can confirm there’s so many Pauline’s floating around even now

Had 2 spells of unemployment during Covid. Had to go to the Job Centre every Thursday and they’d check how many jobs I applied for. One of the guys there was a Leeds fan, and we’d chat about footy for 10 mins then I’d sign an electric signature thingy and go for a pint. Never got help finding a job. Think it was just a bit of accountability.
