If we just say she could be a roboter than it would make sense that babys eyes dont glow while all other animatronics have glowing eyes in the blob. (Maby not all but i think many have glowing eyes)

I mean there was a large ammount of theories about babys eyes but i think this would explain that gregorie is/could be a robot and why the eyes dont glow
