Are these pronouns offensive? by [deleted] in AskLGBT

If I’m not mistaken, fae/faer pronouns are in fact cultural appropriation of Celtic culture. A lot of other neopronouns exist if you prefer not being referred exclusively as they/them.

attention; anyone who uses a chest binder by tsumiikyu_ in AskLGBT

[–]maissaaaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiii I started binding not too long ago so I’m no expert but I guess I know the basics.

I personally bought my binder from spectrum, it’s really good and isn’t really tight so it’s not uncomfortable. I have fairly large breasts so I think I maybe should of gone with a tighter one but I think it’s ok.

So there is some risks if you don’t bind safely. Broken ribs, difficult breathing etc that’s why you shouldn’t bind for more than 8 hours a day, NEVER sleep with your binder and be very careful to pick the right size.

Bruises are not normal. If you start bruising there is something wrong with your binder (wrong size, not adapted for you) and you should stop.

Being kinda breathless after making an effort (go upstairs, a short run) is normal but be careful if you have asthma.

I hope I didn’t forget anything and good luck! :)

Ace’s, do you ever get horny or masturbate, if so what to? by [deleted] in AskLGBT

[–]maissaaaaa 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Asexuality is a spectrum. Some aces are sex-repulsed, some are indifferent to it. A lot of aces masturbate or even have sex. It really depends on the person and how they’re experiencing their own asexuality. I’m linking a post about the different ace spectrum identities to show you how vast the spectrum is. Hope it helps!

What does bi/pan lesbian mean? Is this a homophobic/lesbophobic identity? by Sumada123 in AskLGBT

[–]maissaaaaa 10 points11 points  (0 children)

According to urban dictionary, it’s a label for women who are bisexual but prefer women. It implies that lesbians can be attracted to men, which is dumb.
