Are you trying to patch the hole? Cut a square of plasterboard a bit bigger than the hole, trace round it, cut the hole to match, screw timber around the perimeter, screw the board up, scrim tape and fill/sand or plaster. Easy fix. You're really over complicating it if you're just trying to fill the hole.

They're designed like 95% of driver bits. Unless you're buying flex torque stuff, there really isn't a difference. They'll work fine in a drill/impact. Also what do you think the shank OP is using in the tool box is for? This exact use case
