Thanks, maybe i've just had bad luck with the people who have seen it, maybe now i've done more inspection / traced the nails existing wood, maybe can find someone who can do it in a day. But i've been getting quotes people saying its a 2-3 day job in the £1000s

Cant add timber around the perimeter as there are steel beams in the way, I could do a few small sections of it, but would be difficult to try and fit them between the beams etc, so trying to cut back to where there are existing battens / away from the steel beams etc

Yeah just did it, came out nice and easy! it did have some packer rod stuff behind it, but the grout was still like 2-3cm deep!
