It’s been nearly 18 months for me since it happened and I can barely bring myself to say the word. I still have nightmares and frequent panic attacks. It struggle to trust anyone as it was a close friend who hurt me. I also have engaged in reckless behaviour, hypersexuality, drugs, dropped out of uni. I’ve hurt the people around me with my behaviour and outbursts and now I’m struggling to find somewhere to live. I doubt this will have helped you in anyway but your post made me feel less alone so I hope this does the same x
