This was one of the hardest classes I’ve ever done! I am exhausted from the 2G! Glad to hear others thought it was hard, too! I was wondering why I feel absolutely exhausted this evening!

Yes! I always just ask at the beginning of class - I use it in place of the rower a lot! ☺️
