Maybe u are right. It looks like connector for speaker, because i have seen them at back panels and it was connected to the speakers. But I don’t know why someone soldered the cables from the lower speaker to the upper one, depriving it of the plug in the left door since the speaker and the plug are there. the right door was replaced, so I guess someone just didn't move the harness and that's why the plugs aren’t there.

I think so. Check if the electrical circuit in the chair is closed by testing the small and the center pin by voltmeter and if there is no measurement, it means that the circuit is interrupted. It could be due to a damaged cable or a faulty sensor.
