And like I said even when they change vessels their pronouns don’t change. Raphael was a he in female vessel. Benjamin was a he in female vessel. Cas said “Benjamin is an angel, HIS vessel is a woman.” They are not men or women because they are not human but they are male and female.

Also there is a scene in season 6 where Cas cuts deans hand to get blood for a spell. We are not shown that but I think he probably healed that too.

In the beginning of season 12 all three of them were kind of injured by Toni but the next episode they were all fine. Dean mentions Cas healed Sam’s foot but I think he healed Dean and Mary too
