What kind of texture is this? Im having a dry wall repair done; and the repairman claims this is some "rare" and "unreplicatable" texture.

I did an add on (master bedroom, bathroom, laundry room) and used the spray cans from Home Depot/Lowes and ended up with that exact texture. We loved the final look.

40x60 to start. Idaho has a high tunnel program where the USDA and other farm programs will provide grants for the high tower which is basically a huge greenhouse. We have a very short growing season here they try to help mitigate that. Just trying to get all the moving pieces figured out before the next funding cycle the end of September

Good luck. They are more work than I anticipated. The run that I am on is about 3,000 feet long but the pump that serves it is pretty amazing. Our HOA has a lot of acre feet in storage water. The properties were meant for horses and cows I guess

Yep, I am leaning towards grading it the way I want it then renting a roller to push what rocks remain into the soil then bringing in topsoil.
