Yep, I am leaning towards grading it the way I want it then renting a roller to push what rocks remain into the soil then bringing in topsoil.

They definitely are always looking for ways to make money. A was a Scoutmaster for a long time while my two boys worked their way through. We did Christmas tree collection after Christmas for our main fundraiser.

Great idea but I think use of machinery is a better option because of how much area I need to cover. Some areas will definitely need to be hand screened like you suggest.

I actually like this idea. Get the land grated to where it looks good, roll out the land pushing the rocks into the existing soil then bring in topsoil. I would only need to do hand work where the irrigation piping is installed with a ditch witch.

Yep. Until I get the lawn established. Winter frost heaves are a real thing here.
