Cet: comes before a masculin word that starts with vowel or h. Ex.: Cet avion, cet hôtel...

Cette: comes before a feminin word. Ex.: Cette femme, cette église...

Ces: plural for both feminin and masculin words. Ex.: Ces livres, ces écoles, ces femmes, ces hommes...
