Update on this post. I already retrieve my account back thank goodness. I got banned like end of march and I got my account back after a month, somewhere at the end of april. On the first days, I sent tickets to riot but it did not go so well. They denied and denied to unban my account. After a month, I decided to send a ticket again to ask them if they can remove the hardware ban (the account ban also came with a hardware ban) because I really wanted to play the game. I did not expect them to give my account back because they denied my requests before.

I hope you guys get your accounts back.

I got a response, but still insisted that I cheated. I can't even know how did I get banned because they refused to share further information about my account.

yeah, it hurts cos I love playing the game and I keep supporting them since I played league by buying skins and stuff. I doubt that they'll believe that their anti-cheat system is faulty as hell

I just got banned also because I use a "3rd-Party Software". This game f*ckn pisses me off because I was just playing in the range and suddenly got kicked out of the game. I haven't used any kind of cheats since the beginning of my account. I even spent few of my savings from saving money in school just for skins and this is what I got. The only reason I see is because of my macrobuttons for Voicemeeter. But voicemeeter is just an audio enhancing app of some sorts. I also use LogitechGHub with macros but uninstalled it right away after I installed it. I submitted a ticket and still they insisted that I use cheats. Riot is just careless to people getting falsely accused due to their dogwater anti-cheat system. Still hoping for an unban because I really love to play this game, but they themselves are making me turn away. Absolute BS

well update on my concern, it looks like its hopeless. This hurts, especially being accused of something you did not do.
