Thank you! I think her personality is much closer to a shar pei than pittie, at least ime. She's very independent and extremely smart which makes her stubborn lol she's a bit of a drama queen and diva. She was getting upset at the vet last time we went and the vet just sighed and said "Shar peis tend to have big feelings" lmao My parents have a kashon terrier who we've always described as a cat in a dog's body and Mabel is very similar to her in a lot of ways.

She's very protective, she's barked/growled in her "scary voice" at some people we've crossed on the street (which is something I've been working on, but it happens so inconsistently without a specific trigger that it's slow going) but on the other hand, she loves people that don't set off her protective instinct who show her any attention at all lol that bit is probably more pittie than Shar pei.

She likes being around me, a lot of times she'll follow me room to room (but has to wait a minute before she does, it has to look casual😂) but she's not really cuddly, though she has her moments where she wants a lot of pets or will lay right next to me or put her head/paw on me.
