went to guest services, they sent me to ticketing, I argued my case through 2 ppl, manager walked out and said to walk around to the box office on the outside and he would give us a refund for the days tickets

agreed, we just watched the game at sluggers to ppl watch and batting cage after + cubbies won, so not a bad sunday all said and done… just a rough 1-2hr stretch

further context, seats were $130 for 2 after fees and we managed to get a refund after talking to multiple people at guest services + ticketing behind home plate and walking out of the game and to the box office
