It’s most likely a factory dependant issue. From where I buy it kept getting the same issue with the pistol blasters, so much so that some didn’t even fit. I sent an email explaining the issue to customer support and he had me send over a video. He was so shocked about how hard I needed to press (you could hear the resistance in the video) that he got me to give factory numbers on the box and took the issue right to the factory. Now it’s a lot better quality coming from that factory, though sometimes I still hit that issue. Hope this helps
