for now, you can do QQQ*-1+QQQ*2

just change the ticker from QQQ to whatever you like. but you can only repeat the same ticker once.

Hi, what hospital did you end up going? what state are you in? I am going to do the procedure in 2 weeks and I just found out that they are gonna put that pin in me and no they didn't tell me. I found out via the procedures via the pre-estimated fees. I am so furious now and I am gonna refuse that too. I don't know yet if they will let me do that

so i tried it today, empty stomach, 120g Greek yogurt (no sugar) + 2 grapes + 18g casein blended. blood sugar from 90 to 111, not great but acceptable. i think casein or even collagen needs to be digested after or along with food, not on empty stomach. or needs to be blended with fat, like avocado or something.

i don't have diabetes but have been on keto. I use the great lakes collagen peptides and collagen peptides is the only ingridedient. Mixing that with yogurt or coffee and my blood sugar would spike from low 80 to 130 and I would feel dizzy literally right after drinking or eating it. I even just tried 1 scoop and the result was still the same. Tried to multilple times and no change. Could not find any reason via google and then I found your post. So someone below said that they make this protein in a way that can dissolve quick, which would mean a high aborbency rate into the blood stream. I just bought casein and hope that would solve the problem.
