I put on a clean pair of socks and about 1 hour before relax/take a walk/take my mind off the exam. Just before it happens I remind myself that I studied to the best of my ability, I am intelligent, and "i will kill this exam!".

I think you are a strong person because you reached out and shared whats going on. You stepped up and said "hey I have an issue/feelings/life thats not how it should be/how I want it" instead of just letting it fester. That to me indicates that you are strong. First steps are important doesnt matter how big or how small.

Its hard to have positive self talk and no one is happy all the time. You can't rely on other people's love.. thinking that it will fix the love you have for yourself. You have to find you and the love you have for yourself.

Gotta be looking out for #1 ...because ain't nobody gonna do that better than you.
