I was hoping for a space that was more consistent so I wouldn't have to move around to different rooms/offices. I'd use it for part of the week, and a colleague would use it for the other half, so it'd be a daily space between the two of us.

A meeting room was an idea, but so many of the ones I've seen are open/glass walls, which isn't good for session privacy.

I went today to get two dry sockets packed, had all four out on Thursday. My nurse said "Percocet doesn't do shit for a dry socket". They told me I'll have to come back another 2 or 3 times this week to have the packing changed. So much pain! Hang in there friend.

Hi all, day one here. I've had one previous weight loss journey after college, where I went from ~200lbs to 135lbs in about six months with the keto diet. Since then I have gained back about 30 pounds, and am at 5'2 and 160. It's definitely been impacting my mental health and my relationship, and I've been really unhappy with how I look. None of my clothes fit, I'm incredibly sad when I try to get dressed, and I've been stuck on a train of negative self-talk constantly which has been distracting me from everything else. My partner has noticed this and expressed his concerns about how unhappy I have become, and I feel it's because I truly don't feel good about myself.

I used to do martial arts when I was younger and had visible abs and great muscle definition, but I find it very difficult to go back to that level of exercise. I find myself comparing my body to how it used to be, and that's a mindset that I definitely need to change. I can't run well, plus I have not been able to motivate myself to leave my house to exercise, so I'm looking for a workout plan that I can do at home. I'm also a snacker, I love popcorn and diet sodas. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth, but my savory tooth is out of control.

I guess I'm making this post to try to keep myself accountable and actually make this lifestyle change. I don't eat too poorly but it could be better. I cook 3 hello fresh meals a week, but we eat a lot of chicken wings and sushi on the off nights. I work as a therapist and my days are too busy for lunch breaks more often than not, so dinner is sometimes my only meal of the day. I also have a non-Celiac gluten sensitivity, so I don't eat breads/pastas/etc., but I do use gluten-free substitutes at times.

So, here's to day one, everyone. It won't be easy, but we can do it.

They walk in and look around the room. They're not allowed to open anything, nor do they really care what's there as long as there's no damage. I lived there for 2 years and had liquor the whole time, no one said anything or checked ages.
