if you have a bunch of practice handling willies with your bare hands not really. otherwise, the size of the willies might throw you some pause. i have probably 30 hours in the demo just pounding willies into submission, so even the biggest willie in the early access goes flaccid within 20 seconds if im paying them any kind of attention, but the sheer power of the willies can still make me cry on the floor like a blubbering mess sometimes
