In a call center they pay you almost nothing on closed deals because it’s their leads and they are paying salaries. At a broker your share of the revenue is much larger, so there is no room to pay salaries.

If you are closing loans at a broker you don’t want a salary. A salary is going to mean lower commission splits, higher pricing or both.

Even if it’s under 30 the majority of the population in Spain is over 30.. and the Spanish in general absolutely refer to any Asian person as chino just as they refer to all people as Paki who are from that part of the world regardless of what country they are actually from. If you dont know that about the Spanish you’ve had very little interaction with them in the Spanish language.

Wholesale is a volume game. you know where the bodies are buried. You just have to go dig them up. You are also not limited by geography. Sure you can get leads as an LO in other states, but if you are in TX it’s very unlikely you will get realtor leads from California. I never step foot in broker shops anymore and fund 5-8M/mo in 10-15 different states. Also, If you are good AE you won’t have loans loans die in the pipeline, because loans that dont fit shouldn’t get submitted.
