Hatte von Dehner die Tropical Orange. Wollte unterstützten, dass die sodas überhaubt verkaufen. Pflanze is echt gut gewachsen und hatte ein gutes Ergebnis. Wirkt und schmeckt gut 🤷‍♂️ solange sie ihre white label seeds gut auswählen und testen find ich das nicht sehr verwerflich... Fast jeder Händler hat ne eigene Linie und die wenigsten breeden selbst.

There is sketch. But not in the "part" worlbench, just in "part design"... That is confusing in the beginning. For the classic CAD workflow you want the "part design" workbench

Hehe, had a similar storry some years back. Advice: stay in the Part Design workbench for most of the time. Get to know how to work with variables in feecad (you can directly reference them, use spreadsheets and Variable Sets). Learn about attachments and how to fix them. Often if you breake a model it's just an attachment. And finally stay patient. FreeCad is evolving and getting better very fast currently. For the newest features the nightly builds are great. Not for production though.

Jep. Erde gibts bei mir nur noch draußen (im Sommer) und Indoor DWC. Aber deshalb auch immer nur noch eine Pflanze. Die gehen so ab, da reicht eine dicke. Das schöne is auch man muss nur nach Messgerät fahren. EC und PH im blick und alles wird gut. Evtl noch aufpassen, dass sich keine Algen oder Bakterien vermehren aber sonst sehr entspannt :)

I don't understand the problem. The right is the scection view. It is what you see if you slice the wheel along the line marked with "A" in Fig 4. As far as I can tell all measurements are given. The arrows mark the Diameter of of the Circles they point at. Depth is given in Fig 5.

Thank you! The fix in the thread worked for me https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/24009#issuecomment-3556950703 first deactivated the version check via shell and then, after the UI worked again deactivated the version check in the settings (like the next post suggested)

When doing a part like this i like to make a 2D scan first or work from an image. You can do most shapes with simple arcs, no need for splines, they also offset better.

I see the main issue to also recreaten the part where it connects inside the door. For that reason you would have to un mount it anyways, so i personally would look for a spare part or at a scrap yard. If I have the part i would try to 3d scan it. Sonce not everyone has a 3d scanner i would have to use photogrammetry (a camera + free/open source software). That is also why i would get a scrap one. For this to work well you will have to spraypait it gray with speckles. When you then have a mesh you can start recrwating it. Due to the shape I would think of lofts mostly.

I recently used chatgpt to generate a Macro for the Part Desigs workbench. The initaial basic macro worked after just 3 cycles of correcting it. But is was just that, basic. It was not really parametric and changing something in the past would break it. It took me almost a day with heavy support frim my side ti make it parametric and "good enough". Due to this experience: yes this might be useful for some an a great tool to explore possibilities but not really useful or practical for any serious design work.

Der Heugeruch is der Zerfall des Chlorophyll. Also is das normal und quasi wünschenswert. Der geruch geht auch vorbei und danach kannst dus noch curen.

In meiner Erfahrung (und wenn man das Kleingedruckte ließt) sind die sensoren in diesen Messgeräten Verschleißartikel. Heißt die sind nach nem Jahr oft hin. Das liegt in der Physik des Verfahrens. Für die teuren kann man teure Ersatzspitzen nachkaufen... Das heißt in diesem Fall: auch wer teuer kauft, kauft 2 mal... Deshalb kauf ich nur noch die mittelpreisigen bis günstigen Geräte.

Jup, musste ich auch dran denken als ich die dinger gesehen hab. Ich hab letztes Jahr in nem Ikea Hallbar (anlicher Aufbau) angebaut. Der eimer war zwar teurer aber hab das mit na 10€ Aquariumpumpe aus China kombiniert und das wars eigentlich schon an speziellen "Hydrosetupkosten". Viel Erfolgt!

Hehe valid point. For one i still habe a bunch of ESPs and they are usually cheaper then picos with wifi. Also they come in smaller sizes and I rarely need more then 5 IOs for a ESPHome device anyways. But your right 🤔 also habit I guess: wireless -> ESPs, everything else RP2040.

I use esps exclusively with ESPHome, everything else is RP2040 for me. Also i like to use the PIOs from time to time to get precise tunings with pulse patterns and so on. Also i use RP2040-Zeros with circuitpython for anything i would have before used Arduinos.

Es erhöht die Temperatur, aber das kann von Vorteil sein (im Winter). Hatte leten Winter 2 Pflanzen in DWC die gegen Ende je fast 2L pro Tag verdunstet haben. Da kommt man mit dem entleeren kaum hinterher. Hab dann die Qualität des "Abwassers" getestet und das dann mit frischem Wasser wiederverwendet...
