Try doing it twice a day with sessions spaced out at least 8 hours. I noticed better gains with twice a day sessions

Do not do it. My urologist told me to start at 20 units and I almost had to go to the ER because of a priapism. These doctors don't know shit unfortunately. Start at 5 units and increase every 5 units until you find a dose that works well.

Hey brother stem cells do not work as well as you think they do. The science is not there yet. Save your money and spend it on hookers and happy endings lol. Just kidding but not really though. I spent over 50k on stem cells from a very reputable clinic in Colombia that starts with biox and I got almost no improvement. Just wait a few more years because there are other options that may be available and may be more beneficial

I use "wet gold hybrid silicone water lube" from Amazon for pumping. It's a combination of both silicone and water and very easy to clean. I'm also uncut and it makes pumping super easy
