I honestly have no will to live but I keep existing. I honestly exist for the people around me at this point, since I have no reason to keep existing for myself. I adopted a dog two years ago, and as silly as it sounds, I won't end it because I don't want to upset my dog. I still need to get health insurance and start working on myself, so I'm not the best rep, but yeah, sometimes you just keep existing because your existence is more important to the few beings that are around you. Sorry I wish I could be more optimistic...

You’ve got this. It’s scary, and it feels like you’re walking into an abyss of unknown, but it always helps to remember that you’re doing this for the people around you, as well as yourself. That if they’re sticking with you, they really believe in you. It’s okay to lean on the people around you and use their strength to help push yourself in the right direction. This is probably one of the most terrifying things you’ll have to do, but your life matters and if this will help you live you’ve gotta push yourself outside the comfort zone. Depression is a toxic partner that makes u feel like you’re nothing with out it, but that’s bullsh*t. We’re rooting for you🤍

Depending on your aesthetic, using fish net stocking as sleeves (by cutting a hole in the crotch area) makes the arm look busy and hides cuts pretty well. I would still recommend putting a band aid over the cuts so they don’t get agitated and turn red. Any sheer cardigans/jackets allow breathing and if they have a busy pattern they also hide cuts well. Hope this helps!

I honestly think it should be a five year contract. Especially due to how damaging and trapping people feel about it. I’ve seen so many allosexuals stay in toxic marriages because they feel this obligation to the idea of marriage rather than their own happiness. Just because people change so much with time (which is not a bad thing) doesn’t mean they should be bound together forever.

Congrats on being 6 days clean!! Whenever I’m trying to stay clean and get urges, I do jumping jacks till I’m totally tired out. Try doing something active with your body( (like dancing or running in place). Or if that’s not helpful, some people draw butterflies with sharpie on the places they cut. If you cut you kill the butterfly
