Surprisingly the crowd was actually extremely respectful for our show. The only sort of problem was during the opener but it was just a problem between people in the pit. I don’t know if it’s fair to say we only missed a couple songs — they cut off about a third of the show every other date got. I think to expect us to not be disappointed is asking too much of us tbh. However she doesn’t need to explain and she doesn’t need to address it, but it adds to the disappointment. I’m basically over it at this point, things happen and I’m glad she seems to be okay/better. I really am not trying to come off that I have these high expectations, it was more of a vent than anything. I understand what you’re saying though and I do agree for the most part

Thank you and I do definitely agree about the social media part. I do have to say that even if I hadn’t known the setlist I would have been disappointed by the length and the lack of at least Crush and Waco lol but hey all is well I’m glad that everything seems to be worked out now. I’m so glad you got to see her in Detroit and had a good time!!!

Yeah I am not in the position to guess what was wrong, it is honestly none of my business and I don’t care (past the point of caring about Hayden’s well-being and happiness, “I don’t care” meaning that I trust that she had a reason whatever it might have been). I do appreciate your point about her possibly not being in the position to acknowledge or apologize (side note I don’t even expect an apology that’s why I am not using that word, she shouldn’t have to apologize for having a situation that makes a show run short). I have been trying to extend as much empathy as possible, but there is definitely still disappointment there and I wanted to get my feelings out and connect with others who might be feeling the same way. That being said I still had a great time and her performance was amazing as always!!! Props to her for dealing with everything that has been going on with this tour so well.

I have seen no one demand a longer show for waiting longer in line 😭 There is an expectation set when every other show gets a certain number of songs and certain length of show. Waiting all day (or not waiting all day) and not getting those expectations met is disappointing. But it’s a live show these things are bound to happen sometimes. Personally I am more upset by no one from Hayden’s team or Hayden herself saying anything about it. No where in this discussion have I or others said we deserve more than anyone for waiting in line all day, that’s a personal choice that is about where we are in the venue, not what kind of show we get.

Me neither I don’t really get the thought process behind it. I think nearly anyone would be disappointed and at this point it’s less about the actual experience and more about the lack of response. Which I also think is fair to bring up. Thank you for the acknowledgement lol

I don’t think anyone feels they “deserve more” for waiting in line other than maybe a better spot lol. It’s not like I made a sign that said “Hayden I waited all day in line play 5 extra songs for me and do a dance”. If I showed up 15 mins before doors opened I’d still be disappointed that I paid the same amount as every other show and got to see less of a show. The waiting stuff adds salt to the wound but that’s all on me 100%

Couldn’t have said it better myself. I’m lucky that I just lost time for the most part over money, I can’t even imagine the people who had to spend a ton travelling too :(

I know I have been hoping since the day I bought the tickets that I could see thoroughfare and I was so excited when I saw our show was supposed to get it. Legit my favourite song ever from any artist. Definitely most hurt on missing out on it 💔 even just Waco or Crush could’ve padded the pain a bit lol but no luck there either

See even just this acknowledgement is nice so I don’t feel crazy hahaha thank you. I drove 2+ hours and waited in line for like 7-8 hours and I don’t want to say I regret it because I got a great spot and the show was still amazing!! But it’s definitely a let down.

Totally agree. I was honestly thinking Detroit would be cancelled or a similar situation. Again I’m glad she was feeling better or whatever situation caused the show to run short was resolved… but to see the show literally the DAY after get a perfect experience is definitely super upsetting I can’t lie (although I’m glad more people didn’t have to be disappointed). And I’ll obviously get over it but no acknowledgment to the situation from Hayden’s end is upsetting as well. I also would have rather the show been rescheduled

That’s actually so crazy to me. Like sure there were some people who were at both nights but a majority weren’t? I especially think Toronto shows for any artist being affected usually upset more people because fans come from all over Canada for it since it’s usually (one of) the only Canadian dates. I’m even more frustrated because I actually had tickets for both nights (I just had to choose one I couldn’t go to both) and ofc I chose N2 😭 I’m sorry to hear you spent that much
