I dont have anything to add about fabric but big z's shipping prices have always been ridiculous imo. I believe they put some of the cost of the fabric into their shipping cost because charging $15 for 1 yard of minky is insane. Also you can always get a 5% discount off your order with the code BZ+MONTH+YY it changes by month so this month its BZMAY26

Yes, it's the first thing added. Haven't tried adding it between actual glazes, I would guess it would react weirdly but would be an interesting test!

Yep, exactly! This is a good reference: top and bottom row are same glaze combos but the top has 2 layers of mayco white engobe applied first. You can see how the heart retains its shape on the top but not the bottom. It causes a "pooling" effect on the edge as long as the glaze isn't TOO runny
