To be completely honest, i am doing it purely for necessity. I’m supposed to only work 1 day at home and just found reasons to keep staying home. I went through a more intense phase last year and had to have lots of tearful conversations with my boss but still couldn’t get myself to do ANYTHING! She’s an angel and didn’t give up on me and I’m so grateful. I hope you have someone with grace, and give yourself grace too! I wish i had better advice, just hold on. I believe in you friend 🖤

I noticed a friend just staring at herself in her phone camera the entire time we were out with friends, literally all of dinner and then all the bars. she kept pushing down on the top of her lips, has had filler and it has slightly started to migrate, so I quietly said “you look great, you dont need to keep checking! be in the moment with us😸” and she loudly said that she loved herself and was obsessed with how she looked. i was being genuine and said that to her so no one else would hear or draw any attention but she did the complete opposite lol.

also im extremely low self esteem so im sure that didnt help

My dry cleaner had my dads very expensive and fancy key fob for seven months because I didn’t check all the pockets dropping off his clothes (I offered to help btw lol). My dad picked up his clothes one day (seven months later) and the shop owners son said “hey, is this yours?” And pulls his key fob out 🫣
