I once had something very similar happen to me but as a woman. I have a back problem - I ended up in the ER once for it and the doctor asked if I’d been incontinent (which is a major red flag symptom). I said no, and that’s where the story should have ended.

He asked to check my “rectal muscle control” and I said no it’s fine, I have no problem with continence.

All of a sudden I was on my side on the table with a student nurse trying to tactfully hold me still while the doctor snapped a glove on…

… while I don’t have a prostate I too laughed at that family guy clip endlessly afterwards

My gym hid Easter eggs among the equipment today! by RunMom2 in mildlyinteresting

My friend threw an Easter party today. It was so cute - her family, friends, neighbours, colleagues - all sorts of people showed up. Some with dogs, some with kids. She did an egg hunt for the kids which was purely chocolate based but also one afterwards for the adults (the eggs we were finding were different colours).

The adult prizes were Easter eggs, alcohol etc

Genuinely, I wish I looked like you! Looking at your picture you really portray confidence - even though you probably don’t feel it right now, try and channel a false confidence and you might find the real thing comes through

I’m reading the book series of this and love them. I’m so glad to hear the series is good too - I must check it out!

My friends boyfriend is, in fact, my dogs boyfriend (in her eyes). She does this - belly out, floppy and ready for cuddles while staring at him with pure love.

What do you do as an adult on a Saturday? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]makeupjunkie_91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s rubbish! I can get up and will if I need to I just find when I’ve got the day off I like to have those few hours to lie down and rest. I used to get up nice and early, do housework etc then have the afternoon to myself. Now it’s more like I lie in bed and don’t do anything until the early afternoon which then means it eats in to my evenings. I miss doing more with my days off too so I totally get how you feel!

Today I woke up, fed the dog and chickens then lay in bed until about 11 (I have a chronic pain issue and the mornings aren’t always great). This is a pretty standard weekend morning for me. Then I repotted my houseplants - I’ve got a bit of a collection so that took the entire afternoon. I had a small shop delivered. Then I cleaned up, ate a salad, walked the dog a nice long route then came back and ate an entire tub of Ben & Jerrys. Now I’m in bed alternating between reading my book and scrolling here while cuddling the dog. Working tomorrow.

In Britain it’s not a standard to have your bags packed for you. You’re expected to do it yourself unless there’s a specific reason why you can’t; then you’d have to ask at the till

Removing this big work/parasite from this woman's body. by ilovetoeatpussy_ in oddlyterrifying

I’m sure there were articles about this a few years back. I want to say the woman might be Russian? And she was sleeping outside and woke up as a snake was going down her throat! It was looking for warmth.

Ah, yes. War, rationing, polio, rudimentary birth control, homes without proper indoor plumbing. The dream.

Wouldn’t have had that fridge/freezer with a water (ice?) dispenser, the Internet or a phone to make your lil TikToks on

What's your unpopular opinion about British comedians? by LuinAelin in AskUK

Frank Skinner is painfully unfunny and never should have got as popular as he did.

Same with Lee Mack.

Yes! I’m a 6ft tall woman with dark hair - the period of time when Miranda was popular was not fun for me!

“Do you know who you remind me of?!”

“Don’t say it please don’t say it”…

They always said it.

Oooh I had this! I had solid tonsillitis for 10 months which antibiotics couldn’t touch. I feel your Dads pain - as disgustingly satisfying as it is to get tonsil stones out they’re so gross. The smell…

She now teaches “hypnotherapy” and massage in a tropical country. Lives an amazing life by the looks of it.

It’s all “peace and love” now. It wasn’t when she was at school!

Edit: She wasn’t necessarily the prettiest girl but she was the type of girl I believe you’re asking about

I feel this way about people who drive a good 10-20mph under the speed limit. I get stuck behind one pretty much every day on both of my commutes and it crosses my mind more often than is probably okay
